Free and Pro

Free includes one property and five rooms. Pro includes three properties and fifty rooms, with operating expenses and budgets. Room limits apply across all of your real properties; demo rooms are excluded. Manual reservations are not capped by plan.

Trial

Each account can start one 14-day Pro trial. It does not require a card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Existing data stays accessible after the trial.

Paid subscriptions

Paid billing remains unavailable until the operator connects and verifies a Paddle account. When enabled, the checkout will show the recurring monthly price and any tax before payment. Subscription management, invoices and cancellation are available through the billing portal.

Scope

Reservations are entered manually. Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda and other source labels do not connect those services. Guest payments are recorded only. The app does not transfer money, calculate statutory tax, or replace accounting software.

Access and support

An internet connection and ChatGPT sign-in are required to save records. Support requests are saved in the workspace for manual review. Formal commercial terms, operator contact details and refund policies need to be established before paid public launch.
